Your Local is a new name out there scaling up its position in the food industry. As a newcomer, they certainly have a different take on familiar flavors! They are fierce in introducing their novelty food – the black burger! They are also unconventional in introducing a lot more options on their menu.
Chorizo Sandwich (490 PHP). This is definitely not your conventional burger!
If there is a definition of an ultimate carbo overload then this is it folks! But wait, there’s more! This black burger is a combination of 1/3 pound burnt onion sandwiched in a chorizo patty and squid ink infused buns. A layered combination of seasonal herbs and cream cheese, and the sunny side up egg topping completely nailed the definition of a novelty sandwich!
Do you think that’s just it? I have to tell you, an equally good parmesan fries and truffled ketchup go together with this burger plate.
Torched Salmon Donburi (540 PHP). Torched Norwegian salmon, mentaiko, oboro, ebiko, and salmon skin tidily arranged on a bed of roasted corn and shitake black rice. Trust me, this dish deserves to be their best seller! Super yummy!
Parmesan Fries with Truffled Ketchup (120 PHP). For the love of fries, we ordered a separate plate on top of the one we had with our chorizo sandwich. Serving is hefty at a reasonable fries – I mean price.

Overall, Your Local is no longer a number but a place you should never miss! YTB suggests that you make a reservation first before eating here especially if you plan to have it between 06:00 – 08:00 PM. It is for your convenience since the place is packed during this time.
