If you haven’t tried Ooma, you should do it now and if you are wondering what is so special about this place – OMG, I can only say that their food is incredibly great!
It was like: “love at first bite”, no kidding. I was digging our food heartily and I cannot help but gasp at the euphoric state I was in.
There are three things you definitely love about Ooma:
- the food – fusion of traditional Japanese and modern flavors will surely astonish your palates
- the service – the service is on-point and the crew are very attentive to your needs
- hospitality – there is an element of warmth in this place that won’t push you to leave as soon as you finish your food. You can sincerely feel that the staff are trained to deliver top notch hospitality to their customers.
Beef Gyudon at 289.00 PHP. Absolutely a must-have here. Look at how big the serving and hefty the beef and toppings. This dish is packed with umami and can only be savored with gusto.
Soft Shell Crab Maki at 285 PHP. This was also my instant favorite. There is a medley of flavors in this dish that is undeniably addictive.
Truffle Mush Soba at 495.00 PHP. The invigorating soba is very good for cold and rainy weather.
We capped off our dinner in Ooma with a taste of these two equally refreshing ice cream flavors: green tea and black sesame ice cream.
Two scoops of green tea ice cream for 105.00 PHP is a real treasure for a green tea addict like me.
Two scoops of black sesame ice cream at 85.00 PHP – who would not love this?
Truly, Ooma has been very creative and successful in the art of flavor creation. If you plan to try the food here, be sure to come early to secure a seat since the line outside is undeniably long – a proof that this place is a new food oasis in Rockwell.
