Every coffee drinker would probably agree with me that the longer you are drinking coffee and the more frequent it is, the higher the chance of you being picky about the taste.
My taste in coffee definitely evolved over time: from me enjoying sweet frappes when I started to being picky down to the beans quality. I specifically like my coffee beans to be roasted with precision that the real aroma and flavors are preserved in my cup. So, I feel really happy whenever I stumble upon a coffee place that serves great quality coffee beans.

Flat White (110 PHP). I love their flat white since it is just right for my taste. The coffee definitely holds power over the milk but not too much. I also specially like the velvety taste and the aroma in my mouth.
Breakfast Linguine (245 PHP). I specifically prefer white pasta over tomato based ones and this plate here is highly recommended. There is a wonderful mixture of flavors. There is a bit of a salty taste from the bacon and ham balanced by the creamy taste of the white sauce and the gooey poach egg just added an intoxicating taste to it.
Fritata with Salsa Brava (345 PHP). The pasta is wonderfully cooked with a distinguished taste of the tomato-based sauce. It is also topped with a generous amount of chorizo toppings that you can enjoy a lot while eating.
The interior of the shop is warm and pleasant. The furniture and wall display are made of wood that exude a homey feel to the place.
